Artist Bill of Rights

Your body art practitioner has the right to:

• Forfeit deposits due to lack of notice concerning cancellations or reschedules

• Deny projects that are out of skill set, not representative of their work, may cause complications with healing, or any other valid reason

• Dismiss projects that are incompatible with working styles and expectations

• Ensure a safe and professional environment for all occupants of the studio

• Deny services to those who make the artist, other artists, or other clientele uncomfortable or unsafe, including harassment, discrimination, etc.

• Require drawing fees for artwork that requires more additional work than is typical of the process
