Client Bill of Rights

While Receiving services, clients have the right to:

• Request design changes within reason

• Ask to reposition the stencil prior to tattoo application

• Ask for bathroom breaks, snack breaks, temperature adjustments and other comfort-based needs

• Request position adjustments to accommodate discomfort, existing injuries, or disability

• Request private accommodations especially for more exposed areas

• Speak up if a person or subject is making you feel uncomfortable or unsafe

• Receive care through informed consent and education

• Have tattoo procedures performed in a clean, sanitary environment
